PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE BY SOUMYA KAMATH

IT WAS MY SISTERS BIRTHDAY AND SHE PREPARED PINEAPPLE CAKE... !! A FANTASTIC DISH TO TRY ON...!!


PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 

INGREDIENTS :

2 large Eggs
2 tablespoons Buttermilk
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Self raising flour
¾ cup Granulated dark brown sugar

METHOD :

Mix 4 table spoon of butter with dark brown sugar place it on cake tin layer it with pineapple slices. in a bowl mix 1 stick of butter with sugar ... Then add 2 eggs, vanilla mix it well add milk mix, add 1 cup of self rasing flour.. pour it in cake tin which has our first layer ... bake it on 350 degrees for 45-50 mins


CAKE IS READY TO BE SERVED.....!!!!!
