CHINESE CHILLI FISH BY SUPRIYA PAI


CHINESE CHILLI FISH



INGREDIENTS: 
250gm boneless cubed betki fish
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt
lime juice
2 tbsp pepper powder
4tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp maida
1 cubed onion
1 chopped capsicum
3 slit green chilies
1tbsp finely chopped garlic
1tbsp soya sauce
2tbsp green chilli sauce
1tbsp tomato sauce

METHOD:

Marinate 250gm boneless cubed betki fish with 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt , lime juice and pepper powder .keep aside for 2hrs. Make a thick batter of 4tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp maida, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, salt , 1tsp pepper powder and water. Later dip the marinated fish in it and shallow fry till golden brown, keep aside. Than add 1 cubed onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 3 slit green chillies, 1tbsp finely chopped garlic n saute in the same oil. Mix in 1tbsp soya sauce, 2tbsp green chilli sauce, 1tbsp tomato sauce. Then mix in cornflour paste and stir gently. Finally add fried fish n cook till sauce thickens, garnish with chopped spring onions.
