INGREDIENTS :
Finely chop 2 onions, 4 green chillies and 2-3 cups of cleaned methi leaves,
Banana Leaf optional.
RECIPE :
THIS DISH IF COOKED WITH BANANA LEAF WILL ENHANCE THE TASTE... EVEN IF YOU DONT MANAGE TO GET THE BANANA LEAF .. NO HARM BATTER IS THE SAME JUST SLIGHT CHANGE IN THE FLAVOR... !!

Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a kadai. Add onion,green chillies and fry till onions turn transparent.
Add methi leaves and fry till rawness of methi leaves goes off. Add salt n 1tsp sugar.
switch off the flame and Let it cool. Add 2 cups rice flour and 1 cup water. Mix everything
to form a roti dough. On a Banana leaf spread the dough with ur hands, pat it to form a
roti or taali pattu. Heat the tawa and roast the taali pattu on both sides using oil/ghee. If
banana leaf is not there, a little more water can be added so that dough or batter can be
spread on the tawa using a open spoon.
switch off the flame and Let it cool. Add 2 cups rice flour and 1 cup water. Mix everything
to form a roti dough. On a Banana leaf spread the dough with ur hands, pat it to form a
roti or taali pattu. Heat the tawa and roast the taali pattu on both sides using oil/ghee. If
banana leaf is not there, a little more water can be added so that dough or batter can be
spread on the tawa using a open spoon.
