GREEN GRAM & CUCUMBER KOSAMBARI : Kosambari means Indian Salad



INGREDIENTS :

1cup  Split moong dal, 1cup-chopped cucumber, green chilies-2, grated coconut-1/2 cup,

hing- a pinch, Salt to taste,

For seasoning-mustard-1 tsp,curry leaves,1 tsp-oil


METHOD :

Wash & soak mung dal for 1hr Keep it in strainer about 15 min for draining.In a mixing 

bowl mix all ingrediets except salt.and seasoning with curry leaves &mustard.at time of 

serving add salt & mix well.
