MULANGI/ MULI AND MIX VEG UPKARI BY SAPNA NAYAK

This dish is specially for men or those are beginners....
" Turnip/ Muli upkari" :  My mom used to use this trick as we refused to eat turnip. I am still struggling hard to find out why when other vegetables are added Still Muli gets the title.. :) 

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

1 tsp Oil
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 green chilli
Little curry leaves
Turnip, Potatoes and Green bell peppers ( donne mirsangi)

METHOD :

Heat Oil in a pan add mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves... Now add onion fry for 1 min add turmeric powder ,Turnip,Potatoes, Green bell peppers and salt.. lower the flame and heat it till the vegetables are cooked properly.

SO SIMPLE AND EASY... !!! BACHELORS CAN COOK IT AT HOME AND ENJOY THE DISH.. !!
