7 CUPS KHADI
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup milk
1 cup besan
1 cup ghee
1 cup grated coconut
3 cups sugar
tutti fruity(optional)
eliachi powder
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients
in to a thick bottom kadai, Mix well, place it on slow flame, keep on stiring, so
that no lumps are formed and does not get burnt…Till the mixture turns thick
& Sugar starts leaving the sides of kadai, Then pour the mixture in to
greased thali, when cool cut into desired shape..
Easy tasty khadi is ready to be served ...
