AMBE UPKARI BY SAPNA NAYAK


Ambe upkari/uman

Ingredients :
5 small or medium sized mangoes
Jaggery 1/2 cup
1 green chilli
Seasoning :
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Curry leaves 6 , 1 red chilli
Maida 1 tsp mixed with 6 tsp of water
Oil 2 tsp

Method:
Boil mangoes and green chilli together .. once cooked add Jaggery ..when both mix together well add maida water mix for a while ... Heat 2 tsp oil put mustard seeds red chilli and curry leaves . Add on top of cooked mango upkari... 

Yes this dish is very easy to cook and most konkanis favourite dish....!!
