THOSE WHO ARE VEGANS WILL LOVE THIS CAULIFLOWER PEPPER FRY A LOT..!
INGREDIENTS :

*. Gobi florets 1 cup,
*. maida 4tblspn,
*. Cornflour 2 tblspn,
*. Pepper powder 1+1 tspn,
*. Soya sauce 1+1 tspn,
*. onion 1 finely chopped,
*. Capcicum 1 cut into cubes,
*. Coriander leaves finely chopped,
*. Oil for frying,
*. Salt.
METHOD:
1. In a bowl add maida, corn flour, pepper powder,salt & soya sauce, mix it well by adding water into smooth batter.
2. Add gobi florets into it & keep aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok & deep fry the gobi till crispy & keep aside.
4. In a pan heat oil add chopped onions & fry till it comes soft now add capsicum & fry for sometime add coriander leaves & mix well.
5. Now add soya sauce & salt & stir well on a highflame.
6. Add fried gobi to the sauce mix well & at last add pepper powder & mix everything & serve hot.
