CHOCOLATE COCONUT TRUFFLES


INGREDIENTS:

125 GMs bare white chocolate base chipped vanleer brand
50 GMs amul milk cream
1/4 tsp oil based essence vanilla or orange flavour of your choice. 
For the covering: 125gms dark chocolate vanleer brand
Desiccated coconut





METHOD

warm the milk on low heat in an aluminium saucepan. Then add the chipped white chocolate n cook till the thickens.


Then add the essence n a little desiccated coconut and mix well. Cool n refrigerate for 4-5 hrs or overnight. Next step.. Make small balls of the mixture n keep back in the fridge. Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate in a microwave container. Dip the balls one by one in the melted dark chocolate n roll in desiccated coconut. Refrigerate again till u want to serve them. Tastes yummy and ditto like the foreign bountys if u have eaten
