PUNJABI CHOLE BY SHRUTHI NAYAK

PUNJABI CHOLE...!! KHAKAR KARO BALLE BALLE...!!!


INGREDIENTS :

1 Onion finely chopped 
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Cup boiled Kabuli Chana
1 Cup Coriander leaves
2 Tsp Oil

Ground Paste :

2 Onion 
3 Big Tomatoes 
1 inch Ginger piece
10 - 15 Garlic
2 Green Chillies

Grind all to make a fine paste..!

METHOD : 

1. Fry 1 chopped onion and add above ground paste.
2. Fry these for a while then add garam Masala... add Chilli powder (Optional)...then add boiled channa 
3.Bring it to boil and garnish with Coriander leaves.

YUMMY AND MOUTHWATERING PUNJABI CHOLE IS READY ....!!!
