EGGLESS CHOCOLATE MOUSSE BY NIVEDITA KARNAD

ITS PARTY TIME ...!!! TRY OUT EGGLESS CHOCOLATE MOUSSE..


INGREDIENTS : 

Amul Cream
Dark or Milk chocolate compound (Melted in oven) 
Choco chips

METHOD :

Take equal quantity of Amul cream to same equal quantity of dark or milk chocolate compound (melted in oven). (Make sure if usein bane marie to melt chocolate, not even a single drop of moisture falls in it or it curdles and hardens). First step is to beat the cream with a whisk.Then added melted chocolate. You can use any plain chocolate or dark chocolate.

Pour in serving cups and put in fridge (not freezer)
Can add choco chips before chilling.
