KALE HARSHELEN BY SANDHYA KINI MAYENKAR


Easy and healthy stomach filling juice...


KALE HARSHELEN

INGREDIENTS:

Two three over ripe bananas
 one glass of thick coconut milk
Jaggery as per taste
generous amount of cardamom powder
two or three tbsp patal fov(poha, flattened rice) optional. 

METHOD:

mash the bananas coarsely with hand and keep aside. Then mash the jaggery with lilttle coconut milk till it dissolves completely. Add the remaining coconut milk, the mashed bananas and cardamom powder and mix properly. Chill and serve. You may also add patal fov when you are serving. This is optional as some like it and sum don't. If u add then it becomes a heavy drink. Tastes best when u make this using fresh white coconut milk.. tarne naarlache. Some people also add normal milk instead of coconut milk. Depends on each persons taste r

Don't loose it reuse it .... we always discard over ripe bananas ... this is perfect recipe which every one will enjoy ...
