SHAHI TUKDA
INGREDIENTS:
200ml milk
4 bread slices
100 gms sugar
pistachios and almonds cut lengthwise
For Rabri:
200ml milk
50gms sugar
To make syrup:
100gms sugar
50ml water
METHOD:
Make sugar syrup, strain and keep aside. Cut bread slices in
triangulars and deep fry till golden brown, then dip it in the sugar syrup,
take out and place in another dish. Boil milk on low heat till thick or reduced
to half, add sugar mix well, rabri is ready. Pour rabri mixture over the bread
slices. Serve chilled with the chopped nuts.
