STRAWBERRY TRIFFLE BY SUPRIYA PAI

GUEST AT HOME .. WANNA COOK SOMETHING FOR DESERT.. THEN THIS IS THE PERFECT ONE TO STEAL THE SHOW..!!


STRAWBERRY TRIFFLE

Ingredients: 

250gms fresh strawberries sliced thinly, 
1 banana sliced in roundles, 
100gms sponge cake slices, 
4 cookie crumble biscuits, 
2 tbsp double cream, 
2 tbsp vanilla icecream,
50ml sweet Cherry,
2 tbsp custard powder previously mixed in 4tbsp milk n boiled to make custard n cooled . 

Method: 

In a deep bottomed glass bowl place the cake slices ,press slightly, on sideways arrange strawberry slices . Over the cake place cookie biscuits powdering it roughly, then pour sweet sherry,double cream, custard mixture, vanilla icecream spreaded evenly, sliced bananas n strawberries, repeat dis layering 2-3 times, Garnish with the fruits. Set in the refrigerator for 3 hrs. Serve chilled.
