BUTTER COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
Maida-2 cups
Sugar-1/2 cup... I have used 1/4 white n 1/4 brown sugar(optional)
Butter-100 gms(room temperature)
Baking soda-1tsp
Baking powder-1tsp
Essence of our choice..1/2 tsp

Choco chips
METHOD:
Sieve all the ingredients and knead into a tough dough with butter.Roll it and cut it from a cookie cutter...place on a greased and dusted tray. decorated the cookies with choco chips. If u have a butter paper then its more easy. While placing the cookie keep distance between each cookie. While baking it becomes double the size.
Preheat the oven for 180degrees
Bake for 7-10mns. Note that First they will be soft. But when they cool it will automatically harden
