ANDA MASALA
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut
Coriander seeds
Red chilies
Tamarind
Oil or butter 2 tbsp
Onion
Half boiled eggs
Kasuri methi
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
METHOD:
Take kadai fry
coconut gratings little coriander seeds and red chillies for sometime.
In mixer grind the above
ingredients adding small piece of tamarind into coarse paste. keep it aside .
Take a kadai put oil
or butter 2 tbsp add onion cut
lengthwise fry till brown then add the ground masala .
Cut boiled eggs into
half and it to curry.
Add some kasuri
methi and salt as per taste.
Garnish it with coriander
leaves.
