GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE BY SUPRIYA PAI

GARLIC CHICKEN 


INGREDIENTS:

500gms boneless chicken
1 tbsp garlic paste
1tsp green chilli chopped
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp pepper powder
1tsp tandoori chicken masala
1\2tsp haldi powder
2tbsp yoghurt
Salt
lime juice
2tbsp cornflour
1 big onion
1 big pod garlic
1 string curry leaves
1tsp red chilli paste
1tbsp tomato sauce
1tsp pepper(crushed)
 juice of a lemon
1tsp cornflour


METHOD:

Marinate 500gms boneless chicken with 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1tsp green chilli chopped,1tsp chilli powder, 1tsp pepper powder, 1tsp tandoori chicken masala, 1\2tsp haldi powder, 2tbsp yogurt, salt, lime juice , mix well n coat with 2tbsp cornflour n keep for 4hrs. Later fry all marinated chicken till slightly golden and keep aside. In a pan saute 1 big finely chopped onion, 1 big pod garlic finely chopped, 1 sprig curry leaves, 1tsp red chilli paste, 1tbsp tomato sauce, 1tsp pepper(crushed), juice of a lemon ,1tsp cornflour , add chicken n mix well till coated with masala saute well, add salt, garnish with chopped spring onions.
