MISSI ROTI BY YOGITA KAMATH


"MISSI ROTI "

INGREDIENTS : 
1 cup wheat flour,1cup gram flour,half cup maida,1tsp pepper ,pwd, half cup chopped onions,half cup corriander leaves,1tsp green chillies paste,1tsp ajwain,2tb.sp ghee, salt to taste & water.

METHOD : 

Sieve all flour together.Add all other ingredients and knead dough. Keep aside for an hour,divide the dough in to balls. Roll them out and shallow fry on tawa. Serve hot with curds or ketchup!!!!
