BANANA DRY FRUIT MUFFINS


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup walnuts, badam, raisins
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttter, melted and cooled
1 ripe large bananas, mashed well
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

METHOD:

Mix sugar and butter well..
Add eggs, vanilla essence keep mixing
Add mashed bananas and salt mix
Add dry fruits and all purpose flour now mix gently using cut and fold method
Line muffin try with paper and fill this mixer only till half as shown in picture




Pre heat oven at 375* for 5 mins
Place muffin tray in center of the rack for 20-25 mins till done
The outer layer should be slightly golden brown … poke a tooth pick in center of the cup cake if it comes out clean that means the cake/muffin is cooked …




easy and tasty muffins loaded with dry fruits is ready for picky eaters
