AALEPAK BY YOGITA KAMATH

Ingredients -
250 grams ginger washed, peeled & grind,
sugar double quantity of ginger pulp
1 quantity of milk
1 tablespoon ghee.

Method - take a thick bottom kadai, mix all d ingredients well on slow fire. Keep on stirring, when the mixture turns thick , leaves d sides & u get a lovely aroma too, spread on a greased thali, cut when warm & store when cool. It’s very good & tasty.
