KADDU KI SABZI BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH

INGREDIENTS:
kaddu
onions
tomatoes,

garlic cloves
green chilly
haldi
mirchi powder
pinch garam masala powder
jeera
salt
pinch sugar


METHOD:  
Take a kadai put oil add 1/4 tsp jeera, add onion slices when it turns to transculent add crushed garlic cloves stir for few seconds then add tomatoes sliced. ..stir until it's mushy then add the masala like haldi, mirchi powder fry until oil lvs the masala lastly add chopped kaddu pieces cook it for few minutes covered last add salt & garam masala powder & mix well, pinch sugar is optional but tastes yum if added. ...
Green chillies can b chopped & mixed on top it's optional. No need of adding water while cooking, cook in sim flame this is a bit dry sabzi.
Serve with chapati ya pulkas. ..
