KARATHE AVIYAL BY RETHISH G PRABHU

INGREDIENTS:
Chop green or white karathe
salt
turmeric powder
coconut oil
mustard seeds
dry chillies
curry leaves 
methi seeds
green chillies
kanthari chillies
green mango
coconut


METHOD:
Chop green or white karathe lengthwise, apply salt n turmeric powder and keep aside for 30 mins. Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, dry chillies, curry leaves and methi seeds. Then squeeze the karathe n add to phanne and sauteed till crisp. Also add green chillies n kanthari chillies as per spices requirements. Then add green mango with skin , chopped length wise. Add salt if reqd, little water n cook till done. Grate half coconut , mash with hands, add to aviyal n keep covered for 2 mins. Open, remove from fire, add coconut oil, mix n keep covered till consumed. Do try friends, its very tasty. Add water to make it semi dry consistency.
