OATS CHIVDA BY MAMTHA NAYAK

METHOD:

1) Roast 1 cup oats and half cup thin poha separately till they are crisp.
2) Heat 2 spoon oil, roast groundnuts, then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, hing, curry leaves, two chopped green chillies, cashews, badam, w
alnuts. Fry for a min. Little bit of salt.
4) Add two table spoon of sugar.
3) Then add the roasted oats n poha and mix well.
Your healthy and delicious chivda is ready!!
Munch it along with tea or have it just for time pass.
