STUFFED CHILLIES BY SHARMILA PRABHU

INGREDIENTS:

onions

garlic
grated carrots
fresh green peas
fresh paneer
chopped capsicum
chopped coriander leaves
little red chillie powder
little kitchen king masala
chillies
fresh Mozarella cheese

METHOD:

Sauted chopped onions, a little garlic , grated carrots , fresh green peas , some crushed fresh paneer, a little of chopped capsicum , chopped coriander
leaves added little red chillie powder a little kitchen king masala and this filling was stuffed in the cleaned and deseeded chillies topped with some shredded fresh Mozarella cheese that's all and baked for around 25 mins on 200f
