BABY POTATOES IN GREEN MASALA BY SUPRIYA PAI

INGREDIENTS:
200gms baby potatoes, boiled n peeled
25gms dhania patta
a few pudina patta
1\2tsp jeera
1\2tsp til
2 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
1"ginger
4tbsp yoghurt
1\2tsp haldi powder
salt

METHOD:
Make a paste of the above ingredients except potatoes, then mix the boiled potatoes in the masala and keep for 10mins. Later heat 2tbsp oil in a pan, toss in the marinated aloo, fry till well blended with the masala, add 1\2tsp pepper powder, 1\2tsp sugar, give a quick stir, check salt, switch off flame.
