BOMBAY RAWA BURFI BY LALANA SHENOY

INGREDIENTS:

1cup ghee
1 cup rava
4 cup milk
4 cup sugar

METHOD:

put it in a pan cook till it leaves side and moves with the spatula. switch off the fire and keep stirring till it becomes a round ball . then spread it on a wooden plank. mark it when hot. when it cools down.... cut it and store in air tight container
