SEV TAMETA NU SHAAK BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH

INGREDIENTS:
oil
mustard seeds
cumin seeds
onion 1 small
green chilly
ginger garlic paste
red tomatoes
haldi powder
chilly powder
garam masala powder 
salt
1 / 2 tsp sugar
sev
dhania leaves


METHOD:
Take a kadai put oil add mustard seeds then cumin seeds when it splutters add chopped onion 1 small add green chilly slits saute it then add ginger garlic paste, stir well next add chopped red tomatoes saute it cook until the tomatoes become mushy next add haldi pow, chilly powder, garam masala powder fry well until the oil leaves the masala next add salt to taste&1 / 2 tsp sugar mix well, lastly add sev & garnish with dhania leaves
sev absorbs the gravy so if you want the dish bit watery then add sev just before u have yr food
tomatoes r the highlight of this dish so fresh ripe red tomatoes shld b used. ...Best with chapati ya dosa. ..
