WODO/NIPPATU BY PRIYA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour- 1 cup
Curry leaves- 15-20 Chopped

Green chillies- 4 chopped
Putani dali- 3tsp press slightly with rolling pin
Asafoeteda- 1/2 tsp
Butter- 2 tsp
Salt to taste.


METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients except water to coat the flour with butter. Add water and make soft dough.
Make small balls and keep on a greased plastic sheet and cover with another greased plastic sheet. Now press each ball of dough with a small glass. Deep fry .
