BATATE SONGHA BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH

INGREDIENTS:
5 big potatoes
3 to 4 onions
2 tsp chilly powder
half tsp mustard seeds
  tamarindjuice
curry leaves
salt and oil




METHOD:
boil the potatoes along with chopped onions in a cooker, make tamarind juice in a bowl & keep it aside. take a kadai put oil add mustard seeds then curry leaves, add chilly powder & stir well then add boiled chopped onions fry it for few minutes then add boiled potatoes fry for few minutes add salt mix well lastly add tamarind juice mix well & bring it to boil until the gravy thickens. ..
