BREAD KA MEETA BY LALANA SHENOY


INGREDIENTS:
10 bread slices
ghee
1/2 lt milk
1 cup sugar
elaichi pd
kesar
kishmish

METHOD:
Deep fry 10 bread slices in ghee.
take 1/2 lt milk in a pan. add 1 cup sugar. elaichi pd bring it to boil add kesar,kishmish fried bread slices cook on slow fire till milk evaporates. let itcool for 1 hour . refrigerate and eat.
