PUNJABI ALOO GOBI KI SUBZI BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH

INGREDIENTS:
potato & gobi
haldi
chilly powder

dhania pow
garam masala
1 onion,2 green chilly
gg paste
cumin seeds
kasuri methi leaves bit
salt
oil

METHOD:
first chop the potatoes & gobi. .don't peel the potatoes. tk a kadai put oil add cumin seeds wn it splutters add 1 chopped onion wn it's transculent add 2 green chilly slits & gg paste. ..fry until then raw smell goes of gg, next add all the masala with kasuri methi & stir for few minutes then add the chopped alu & gobi mix well cook covered for few minutes in a sim flame, stir it occasionally so that it don't burn. ..lastly add salt & squeeze half lemon or else put some amchur pow instead of lemon. ..This is a dry sabzi so no water shld b used.Adjust the spice acc to yr taste. ..don't over cook it tastes yum with bit crunch. ..u can add kitchen king masala also but it's optional.
