INGREDIENTS:
papaya
2-3 slit green chillies
salt
coconut
shallots
chilly powder
coriander powder
haldi powder
methi powder

curry leaves
METHOD:
Chop papaya in cubes and cook in little water with 2-3 slit green chillies. When half done add salt. Grind grated coconut, shallots, chilly powder, coriander powder, haldi powder, methi powder to a smooth paste. Add the paste to curry. Adjust gravy accordingly. Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, then methi seeds, then add curry leaves, then add chopped shallots. Saute till translucent. Add the phanna to curry. Curry ready to serve.
