KANANGA GODA UPKARI BY ADITRI SHIVARAYA PAI

INGREDIENTS:
1 ) kananga - 5, cube size
2 ) jaggery - small piece

3 ) salt - to taste
4 ) water - as needed

Phannu. ..

5) oil
6 ) Mustard seeds -1tsp
7) curry leaves - few
8)hing - pinch
9)greenchillies - 2

10) coconut -2 tblsp , grated 


METHOD:
In oil add mustard seeds let it splutter then ass curry leaves, hing, green chillies... now add kananga and cook it .. add salt water and jaggery ...add coconut mix well
