SOYABEAN MANCHURIAN BY SHRILA S BHAT

INGREDIENTS:
soyabean
salt
turmeric powder 
onion 
ginger
garlic
Capsicum
green chilli
cornflour 
chilipowder
oil
soya sause


METHOD:


Put soya in hot water and add little salt to it.. u can add little amt of turmeric powder to it. Keep for a while
then cut onion ,ginger, garlic small pieces
Capsicum and green chilli


fry soyabean usin cornflour nd chili powder salt ..

Then in pan add littl amt of oil. Add onion nd green chilli then ginger garlic then fried soya. Then add soya sause.
