TULU STYLE KORI BY ANJANA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS:
oil
1fistful of coriander seeds
2 tsp methi
2 tsp jeera
curry leaves
1tsp pepper corns
2 onions
1 whole coconut 
20 long red chillies
tamrind
25 cloves of garlic
3 onions
1 kg chicken
salt
ghee
1/2 tsp methi

METHOD:
Fry in lil oil 1 fistful of coriander seeds, 2 tsp methi, 2 tsp jeera, curry leaves, 1tsp pepper corns and 2 onions. Fry 1 whole coconut gratings dark brown, grind this with fried 20 long red chillies and tamrind.lastly add fried items and 25 cloves of garlic,make a smooth paste
In a vessel add oil 3 onions. 1 kg chicken and masala, cover and cook for1/2 hour in low flame.add salt. lastly give tadka of ghee 1 onions and1/2 tsp methi. Seeds.
