SHEPI IDLI BY JAYANTI SHANBHAG

INGREDIENTS:
shepi(Dill leaves)
grated coconut
jaggery
salt
rice rava

METHOD:
Clean the shepi and cut grind it with grated coconut in a fine paste add jaggery and little salt now add rice rava to make batter as thick as idli batter keep for 2hrs and make idlis eat with ghee
