CARMELISED BREAD PUDDING BY YOGITA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS:
5to 6 bread slices
milk
1 egg
1tsp vanilla essence
half tsp baking pwd
sugar

METHOD 

A pan make pieces of bread, add milk till it dips well. Keep it for sometimes, beat d egg well, add to d bread mixture & add all d other ingredients. Mix well. In a Bowl add about 1 big table spoon sugar, make caramel, keeping d bowl on flame stirring round & round till it turns golden brown. Put d mixture of bread in this caramel bowl, pressure cook for 2 whistles. Cool turn upside down on a plate, decorate as u wish. Cool & serve!! Taste yummy with vanilla ice cream.
