CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE BY SURESH KABADKAR

INGREDIENTS:
onion
ginger-garlic paste
tomatoes
garam masala
haldi pdr
chilli pdr
dhania jeera pdr
3 to 4 Tbsp coconut pdr
chicken
1 Tbsp cream

METHOD:
fry onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, garam masala, haldi pdr, chilli pdr, dhania jeera pdr and ground together, along with 3 to 4 Tbsp coconut pdr. (I used half tomato paste and half fresh tomatoes for this. The color becomes darker slightly). Cooked chicken in the gravy and added about 1 Tbsp cream at the end. It thickens the gravy.
