GATTI KI SUBZI BY YOGITA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Besan
2 tsp chilly pwd
haldi pwd
jeera
salt
oil
water
to prepare Gatte:-mix all d above ingredients & make a thick dough & let it rest for few minutes. Take a pan ,boil water in it with salt, a pinch.Divide d dough in two halves,on kitchen platform apply little oil , Roll d dough into cyclinder shape, cut into small pieces ,& add into boiling water&cook !! Once it is cooked, d gatte will float on water , then remove d gatte from water.Take a kadai,for gravy,add 1 tablespoon of ghee,
1 tsp of ajwain,2 to 3 chopped green chilies,& add 4 medium size chopped tomatoes , while cooking,mash d tomatoes to become pulpy, later add 50 ml of tomato puree, haldi pwd ,salt & garam masala pwd , mix well on slow flame , add water to make a gravy accordingly,& 2 table spoon s of curd, mix well ,no lumps must be formed, add d gatte into gravy & mix well & cook for 5 mins ,& garnish with chopped coriander , Gatte Sabzi is ready.
