GOBI AND GAJAR KA PICKLE BY JAYANTI SHANBHAG

INGREDIENTS:
gobi
carrot
ginger
5 to 6 green chillis
4 big lemon
salt
red chilli powder
cumin seeds
hing
coconut oil

METHOD:
Cut gobi and carrot into small pieces add small ginger and 5 to 6 green chillis finely choped mix juice of 4 big lemon salt and red chilli powder seasoning with cumin seeds n hing using coconut oil u can add little water and preserve in refrigerator
