BAINGAN KI CHUTNEY BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH

ingredients - 
1 baingan
1 small onion
2 tomatoes

green chilly acc to yr taste
cumin seeds
garlic cloves
small ginger piece
salt

METHOD:
chop all the above & saute it in a pan with 1 tsp oil until the raw smell goes later when it cools grind all in mixer jar. ..seasoning of mustard seeds, curry leaves , garnish with coriander leaves. ..Serve immediately. ...
