KATHAL KI SUBZI BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH

INGREDIENTS:
kathal pieces
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped

ginger / garlic grated
haldi
mirchi powder
dhania pow
garam masala
salt
mustard oil
dhania leaves


METHOD:
take a kadai put oil add cumin seeds when it splutters add ginger garlic grated saute it then add onion saute it till translucent next add tomato chopped saute it till its mushy later add all the masala 1 by 1 & fry later add the kathal pieces mix well &cook till done by adding salt. ...garnish with dhania leaves, usually amchur pow is used but i added tomato instead of it. No water is used for cooking, it's a dry dish
