INGREDIENTS:
1cup Green peas
2 Green chillies
1" Ginger pieces
1tsp Garam masala pwdr
1\2tsp pepper pwdr
1/2tsp jeera
1 tsp Chdp dhania patta
1\2tsp amchur pwdr
1\2tsp sugar pwdr
2tbsp besan pwdr(to be roasted in 1tsp oil till raw smell disappears)

METHOD:
To make the dough
1 n 1\2 cup atta to be kneaded wid 3tbsp ghee , warm water n salt to a smooth dough n kept aside fr an hr.
Meanwhile boil peas till soft n keep aside .
Grind green chilli and ginger and then add the green peas to a coarse mixture, den toss in haldi p, jeera, pepper p, garam masala p, 2tbsp roasted besan pwdr , amchur p, salt, 1\2tsp powdered sugar, mix well n make equal portions fr stuffing n also make round balls out of d dough. Then roll out thick round rotis, stuff in mixture, seal edges, roll out parathas, cook on both sides with ghee , top wid butter.
