EGG COCONUT GRAVY BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp grated coconut
red chillies long & short
2 garlic cloves

1/4 spoon ajwain
saboot garam masala like chakke, lavang, pepper corns
oil, salt, curry leaves, tamrind
eggs, onion, tomatoes. .


METHOD:
first boil eggs & keep it aside, make a paste of coconut, red chillies, tamrind, garlic cloves. .last before taking the masala add garam masala & ajwain & give a quick run
take a kadai put oil mustard seeds wn it crackles add curry lvs then onion wn it's transculent add tomatoes chopped wn it's mushy add the masala & saute for few minutes wn the gravy boils add eggs to it add salt to taste, garnish within coriander leaves. ..
