OATS KICHIDI KEERTHAN KAMATH‎

INGREDIENTS:
urad dal
red chilli
mustard seed
karibevu
heengu
ginger
oats 
onion and garlic are optional
coriander leaves
Green Chillies

METHOD:
Add urad dal, red chilli,mustard seed, karibevu,heengu,ginger for phanna. Soft roast d oats over low flame in beginning ... I did not add onion , garlic due to shivratri festival ... Also add coriander leaves at the end. Green Chillies can be cut and added OR ground before adding. Serve with thick coconut chutney..
