PUDINA SPICY ALOO BY ANJANA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS:
baby potatoes
salt
ginger garlic paste
curds
pudina 
green chilly paste
lil maida 
oil
onion

capsicum
coriander leaves.

METHOD:
Marinate boiled baby potatoes in salt, ginger garlic paste,curds, pudina green chilly paste, keep in fridge for 3 hours. Sprinkle lil maida and deep fry it.
In a pan heat oil add onion capsicum salt green chilly sauce add potatoes garnish with coriander leaves.
