GOBI MASALA BY NANDINI PAI

INGREDIENTS:
1small size Gobi-Gobi florets washed (put in salt& haldi water
for 10 mins before using)
Ginger garlic paste-2,tsp

Red chilli powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-2,tsp
Jeera powder-1 tsp
Garammasala powder-1 tsp
Haldi powder-1/2 tsp
Sanuf-1,tsp
Badaam-7-8/,kaju
Besan-3 tbsp
Onion-1big size- finely chopped
Tomato-2,finely chopped
Coriander leaves
Curds-1 cup
Oil for deep frying
 

METHOD:
marinade gobi with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,jeera powder(1/2 tsp), keep aside
Beat curd n add coriander powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder,haldi powder,garammasala powder,again beat it keep aside
Make a fine powder of badaam&sanuf keep aside
Heat oil in the kadai for deep frying
Sprinkle salt and besan on the marinated gobi florets mix well and deep fry in the hot oil and keepaside
Heat 2 tsp oil in the another kadai add onion fry till it turns to light Brown, add tomato..add salt cook till tomatoes turn mashy add curds cook on low heat add badaam and sanuf powder mix well ,add deep fried Gobi florets
Add little salt and mix well cook 3-4, minutes on low heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
