KARATHE KISMURI BY ADITRI SHIVARAYA PAI

Ingredients:

1. Bitter Gourd, Medium -2

2. Onion, medium -2
3. Greated Coconut,- 1/4 Coconut.
4. Dried red Chilli - 3
5. Tamarind - Small
6. Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
7. Oil - 2-3 tsp
8. salt 

Method:

First clean bitter gourd, remove seeds and cut in to samll cubes.Then put the chopped bitter gourd in a bowl and add salt to it. Keep it for half an hour. After half an hour, squeeze out the extra moisture (bitterness) from the bitter gourd pieces and then keep it aside.Now fry them untill they turn crispy and brown. 

Chop the onion small and keep it. 

For masala grind cocunut (take half only, remaning can add at the end while mixing), redchilly , tamarind, coriander seeds to a coarse mixture(no water).

Now first mix masala with remaining greated coconut and add salt taste. Add onion and again mix well. At last add fried bitter gourd. Karathe Kismuri ready...!!
