AKBARI MURG BIRIYANI BY ANJANA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS:
1/2kg chicken
2tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup curd
coriander leaves
salt
oil
green masala (grind10 green chillies,1tsp dhania pd, turmeric,garam masala pd, pudina and coriander leaves).
3 onions
lime juice
rice
fried onions
cashew nut
raisins
saffron milk
coriander leaves
ghee


METHOD:
Marinate the 1/2kgchicken in 2tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 cup cream,1/2 cup curd, coriander leaves,salt oil and green masala (grind10 green chillies,1tsp dhania pd, turmeric,garam masala pd, pudina and coriander leaves).
In a wide pan put oil fry 3 onions marinated chicken and cook it.when chicken becomes soft add lime juice.now make the layer of cookedrice, fried onions cashew nut, raisins,saffron milk, coriander leaves and ghee, keep it dum for 15 min in low flame.
